Not every workplace needs a loud siren. For IT parks, hospitals, food plants, and clean rooms, a clear voice message through your PA system is more professional — and more effective.

Voice announcement systems are not a replacement for sirens — they are the right tool when clarity and professionalism matter more than raw volume.
Open floor offices with hundreds of employees across multiple floors. A siren would be disruptive and unprofessional. A clear voice message through ceiling speakers is exactly right.
Patient care environments where a loud siren would cause panic and distress. Soft, calm voice announcements for nursing shift changes and meal services.
Hygienic environments where ambient noise is moderate and workers need clear, unambiguous shift instructions without alarm fatigue from sirens.
GMP environments where disruption must be minimised. Voice messages provide clear shift information without the anxiety a siren creates on a production floor.
Period bells, recess, assembly, and end-of-day signals delivered as clear voice messages. Works with existing public address systems already installed.
Garment units, electronics assembly, plastics — medium-noise environments where workers can hear a PA system clearly without a dedicated siren installation.
The RTC Voice Announcement System connects to your existing PA amplifier as a line-level audio source. No new speakers needed. No new wiring. It adds intelligence to your existing infrastructure.
The controller outputs a pre-recorded audio signal at line level (standard 3.5mm or RCA output). This connects to the auxiliary input of any PA amplifier — the same amplifier you may already use for background music or intercom. When the scheduled time triggers, the controller overrides the current audio input and plays the announcement through all connected speakers.
These are examples of pre-recorded messages we supply with the system. Custom messages in any language, any voice (male/female), and any tone are available on request.
All messages are pre-recorded by professional voice artists in a studio environment. Recording is included with the system.
This demo plays automatically so you can hear exactly what your workers will hear — a clear, professional voice, not a harsh alarm.
Battery-backed RTC maintains accurate time through power failures. Your announcements fire on schedule every day without drift or reset.
Up to 30 separate announcements per day — shift start, break, lunch, pre-warnings, and end-of-day across all shifts.
Different schedules for each day of the week. Monday to Saturday full schedule, Sunday off, or any combination you need.
Clear display shows current time and next scheduled announcement. Simple button programming — no laptop or software required.
Pre-recorded messages in Hindi, English, Gujarati, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, or any regional language. Male or female voice options.
Connects as a standard audio source to any PA amplifier. No new infrastructure needed — works with what you already have.
